Prerequisites: Students wishing to study the Service Design course should already hold the ITIL Foundation certificate.

Exam details: Please note that the exam is purchased separately from the course.

The exam comprises 40 multiple-choice questions over 90 minutes, with a 70% pass mark. The exam can be taken online with a web proctor (with PEOPLECERT). Students must hold the ITIL Foundation certificate and have completed the Service Design course before requesting their exam voucher.
