ISO 55002 (ISO55002) Guidelines for Application of ISO 55001

ISO 55002:2014 provides guidance on the implementation of an Asset Management System (AMS) that meets the requirements in ISO 55001:2014. The ISO 55000 family of standards cover the management of physical assets.

This standard:

• Replaces PAS 55-2, the document that gave guidance on the application of PAS 55-1, both of which have now been withdrawn
• Will help guide the planning, implementation and improvement of an AMS that meets the requirements in ISO 55001:2014
• Details how to determine the scope of an organisation's AMS
• Shows how to get to grips with the needs and expectations of stakeholders
• Facilitates continual improvement through measurement, analysis and evaluation
