About the author

Bob Hughes is principal lecturer at the School of Computing, Mathematical and Information Sciences at the University of Brighton. He is chair of the ISEB Project Management Examination Panel and has carried out research and training projects for organisations including Cable & Wireless, Ericsson, Royal & Sun Alliance and Unilever.
