24 February 2011, Ely, England – gasq, the TickITplus Course Registrar, has announced that it has accredited the first two training organisations for the delivery of official TickITplus training courses.
Foundation training for practitioners and assessors is a pre-requisite for any organisation that is planning to prepare itself for TickITplus certification. With the intended mid-May formal launch date of the TickITplus scheme now only two months away, and with interest in the scheme mounting, the first two accredited training organisations (ATOs) have been announced and dates for the initial series of Foundation Training courses in the UK and in Scandinavia have been published.
The first of the new ATOs is IT Governance Ltd, and dates and booking details for their first Foundation Courses in London, UK are now available on their website here: http://www.itgovernance.co.uk/products/3334
The second of the new ATOs is Quality IT AB, and the dates and booking details for their first Foundation courses in Stockholm are now available on their website here: www.itqnord.se
“The accreditation process has been time-consuming as there have been a number of improvements to the core material and this has had to be reflected in all aspects of the training courses,” said Werner Henschelchen of gasq. “We have announced the first two TickITplus ATOs and are delighted that the formal launch date of the scheme is now in sight.”
