COMPLIANCE EXPERTS LAUNCH NEW E-BOOK SERVER

09/07/2010

9 July 2010, Ely, England –In the ever changing digital world, publishers are discovering that customers are increasingly looking to purchase e-books as well as the traditional soft cover titles

IT Governance Publishing, who currently have over 60 titles already in publication around IT governance, Information Security, Risk Management and Compliance, have been publishing e-books for many years. They are now launching a new e-book server which will allow distributors, in particular, to service their customers more efficiently.

This new technology provides many advantages, including instantly downloadable books for customers, meaning they can be reading within minutes and there are no added shipping charges.  The e-books will also be available before the soft cover versions which means earlier readership for brand new titles.  This new server will also have improved Digital Rights Management (DRM).

There are many key features and benefits for distributors who carry our e-book collection:

· Discounts are the same as hard copy books for resellers

· The ordering process will remain the same

· They can offer customers more than one way of buying the book

· Resellers can hold stocks if they have the capability

· VAT will now be applicable for all e-books

· Distributors can use hard copy book images to market the e-books

· Every single ITG Publication is available in e-book format.

You can find some further information about our e-books at http://www.itgovernance.co.uk/ebooks.aspx along with a full list of our current e-books at http://www.itgovernance.co.uk/catalog/701.
