Why open a credit account?

The IT Governance Credit Account makes it easier for you to do business with us by offering the following benefits:

  1. Approved Purchase Orders accepted within an agreed credit limit
  2. Standard payment terms of up to 28 days for each invoice
  3. Monthly account statement sent by email.

We offer a choice of two different accounts:

Online Credit Account

The Online Credit Account is designed for customers who are based in the UK and require a fast and automated ordering service. We ask that the account holder is fully authorised to purchase on behalf of the organisation and that all invoices are paid by Direct Debit.

Standard Credit Account

The Standard Credit Account is available for larger organisations that require a more ‘traditional’ purchasing relationship and we will accept and process authorised Purchase Orders sent to us by fax or email. We can offer our standard payment terms of up to 28 days for the payment of all invoices.

IT Governance Online Credit Account

The IT Governance Online Credit Account is designed to make it easier and faster for you to do business with us. With a single login to provide secure and authorised access, you can purchase any of the extensive range of IT Governance products and services up to the value of your pre-arranged credit limit. Not only saving you time but helping your organisation to effectively manage its approval and purchasing procedures.

The benefits of the IT Governance Online Credit Account include:

  1. Single login to provide secure authorised purchasing of all products
  2. Multiple orders accepted within an agreed credit limit
  3. Immediate access to downloadable products (e-books; toolkits)
  4. Access to special offers only available to Online Credit Account members
  5. Standard payment terms of up to 28 days for each invoice
  6. Monthly account statement sent by email
  7. Automatic and approved payment using Direct Debit (UK only)

Qualification

To qualify for this scheme, we ask that your organisation is based in the UK and is a registered company. You may also be in the Public Sector or a Non Departmental Public Body (NDPB) organisation. We consider the Public Sector to be organisations that are part of central and local government, police, defence, education or the health service.

Please note that it is a mandatory requirement for all orders placed using an IT Governance Online Credit Account, that the payment of our invoices is completed using the UK Direct Debit Payment scheme.

Standard Credit Account

Qualification

To automatically qualify for the Standard Credit Account, we ask that your organisation is a UK public company listed on the UK Stock Exchange or a US public company listed on any of the US Stock Exchanges. You may also be a UK or US Public Sector or a Non Departmental Public Body (NDPB) organisation.

Applying for the IT Governance Standard Credit Account

In order to open a credit account with us, please fax or email your official Purchase Order with the details of all items that you wish to purchase as set out in the product sections of our website. Please remember that there is often an additional postage/shipping charge which we can quote you or which is displayed on our website.

We are happy to consider Standard Credit Account applications from all other organisations, but we will need to ask you to complete and submit the IT Governance Standard Credit Account Application Form. please enter your e-mail address and click on the button below to download the application form as required.
