Prerequisites

Students must hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, attained through either an ITIL V2-V3 Foundation Bridging course or an ITIL Foundation course, plus have 15 credits from previously completed ITIL Intermediate certifications. It is highly recommended, although not mandatory, that each student read the ITIL Lifecycle Publication Suite.
