Delivery Information
We do, unfortunately, have to charge for shipping products to you (although this obviously doesn’t apply to downloadable products). We charge shipping at less than cost. The amount of shipping we charge is dependent on the weight of the item(s) and where in the world we’re shipping to.
Shipping is automatically worked out on a per-order basis during the online check-out process.
Five shipping options
There are six shipping options:
Standard – this service has no tracking and is delivered in 3 - 12 business days (Monday – Friday) in Asia Pacific and 1-2 business days in Hong Kong, you can use this service no matter where you are based in the Asia Pacific.
Express HK is a signed for, trackable service for use by customers in Hong Kong. Packages despatched on this service are delivered in 1-2 business days.
Express Zone B is a signed for, trackable service for use by customers in China, Taiwan and South Korea. Packages despatched on this service are delivered in 1-3 business days.
Express Zone C is a signed for, trackable service for use by customers in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Packages despatched on this service are delivered in 1-3 business days.
Express Zone D is a signed for, trackable service for use by customers in Japan. Packages despatched on this service are delivered in 1-3 business days.
Express Zone E is a signed for, trackable service for use by customers in Australia and New Zealand. Packages despatched on this service are delivered in 1-3 business days.
Mixed orders
If your order has digital products and physical products, shipping will only be charged on the physical products.
