The course requires 30 hours of study (minimum) and is worth 4 ITIL credits.

Prerequisites:
Those wishing to study the Service Operation course should already hold the ITIL Foundation certificate.
Exam details:
Please note, the exam is purchased separately.
The 120-minute exam comprises 50 multiple-choice questions, including a case study. The pass mark is 70%.
The exam can be taken online with a web proctor (with PEOPLECERT).
Students must have completed 17 ITIL credits (2 from Foundation and 15 from Intermediate level study) and have completed the Managing Across the Lifecycle course before requesting their exam voucher.
